Norwood, MA:泭 Callahan Construction Managers, a Bridgewater-based full-service construction management firm, has completed its third assisted living project with Benchmark Senior Living, a provider of senior living services throughout the northeast.
Benchmark Senior Living on Clapboardtree is a 73,000 s/f senior housing property comprised of 90 apartments, as well as a memory care unit that provides services for those with Alzheimers and other illnesses that impair memory. The senior living facility has 21 memory care units and 69 assisted living units. There are 35 studio units, 30 one-bedroom units and 25 two-bedroom units. The facility includes a commercial kitchen, library, day spa, dentist office, exercise room, arts/crafts room, beauty salon, bistro kitchen, dining areas, courtyard, pergola and landscaped grounds.

The completion of this property follows an ongoing partnership between 勛圖扦 and Benchmark.

When completed in the fall of 2018, the project will consist of four 5-story apartment buildings, two 6-story apartment buildings, a maintenance building and a clubhouse. There will be a total of 492 units with a mix of studio, one and two bedroom apartments, with 300 below grade parking spaces. The building facade will include a combination of fiber cement panels and a brick veneer.
Amenities will include a clubhouse, a lounge with a fireplace and TV, a tennis court, a fitness and yoga studio, outdoor showers, and a swimming pool.

Fuse Cambridge in Cambridge, MA
officially finished the last phase of construction and is one of Cambridge’s newest luxury apartment complexes. Developed by and designed by , Fuse Cambridge is situated on a 2.7-acre site adjacent to the Alewife Brook Reservation. This is our third project with Hines, recently completing in Waltham, MA and currently working on in Quincy, MA.
The LEED Silver Certified project is a brand new six-story, wood framed, 250,995 square-foot residential complex that includes 244 units and podium style parking. The interior features a two story atrium lobby with a steel bridge, cyber caf矇, conference room, clubroom with bar and full kitchen that opens to an elevated pool deck.泭Also incorporated in the building is a Living Plant Wall that provides natural air filtration, sound insulation, and thermal regulation. The LEED Certified multifamily complex is located across the street from Quincy Adams MBTA Red Line Station and is in close proximity to I-93 and Route 3. The six-story, 253,679 square-foot building includes 19 studio units, 111 one-bedroom units and 50 two-bedroom units. The complex also features a parking garage with 180 spaces, a pool, three landscaped courtyards and its very own dog washing station.

One North of Boston Phase II in Chelsea, MA
We recently completed the second phase of泭 having completed the first phase in 2014. The projects are owned by泭泭and泭泭and designed by泭泭Together the buildings include a total of 452 units and 516,878 square-feet.
The new wood-framed, 256,878 square-foot luxury multi-family complex includes 222 units, yoga and fitness studios, media lounge, bike storage, a dog park, outdoor fire pit and game area, a pool and an indoor Basketball Court. The court was dedicated to the memory of our late Superintendent Fran Cronin, who worked 泭tirelessly on both phases of the complex.
Post @ 200 Smith Street is an existing 327,000 square-foot office and industrial building that will be renovated and expanded into a 390,000 square-foot first class creative office complex. Owned by and designed by the project is on track for an August 2017 completion.

We are in the process of transforming the former Verizon warehouse at 490 Arsenal Street into a泭185,000-square-foot multi-tenant office building that will feature an 8,000-square-foot atrium lobby, mezzanine space, bike stations with storage and showers, adjacent recreational green space, a bocci court, grills, and a lounge area. The project, designed by泭, will also be targeting LEED Certification.

Once an industrial complex near downtown Waltham, the project is a brand new 397,927 square-foot, 4/5-story wood frame apartment building with 264 units and a precast garage. One of two topping offs for LCB Senior Living, The Residence at Vinnin Square, is a 76,000 square-foot, 84-unit senior living complex that will include a mix of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, and will feature a Reflections Memory Care wing. The project is designed by and is on track for a February 2017 completion.
is a 86,885 square-foot, five-story senior living complex. The complex will include 90 assisted living units, a self-contained Reflections Memory Care Wing located on the second floor, and common spaces.
