Callahan Construction Managers completed a comprehensive fire restoration project at Town Walk Apartments in Hamden, Connecticut, following a devastating two-alarm fire in May 2023 that caused significant damage and displaced residents.
Partnering with Jones Street Investment Partners, 吃瓜社 was tasked with restoring the 42-unit residential building to its pre-loss condition while incorporating building envelope upgrades to meet current code requirements.
The project involved extensive reconstruction and renovations across 21 damaged units, along with full roof and siding replacement throughout the building. Construction was carefully coordinated to minimize disruption to the remaining 21 occupied units.
